📦 Shipping for Exchange and gifting

If you just joined, you must fill out your shipping address before sending an offer or requesting a gift.

Step 1: Add Your Address

Complete your shipping address in your profile.

Step 2: Browse & Send Offer

Browse items and send an exchange offer to another user.

Step 3: Box Selection (First User)

When the other user receives your offer and accepts it, they will:

• Choose the box size they will use to send their item
• Trigger a notification for you

Step 4: Your Turn

Now it’s your turn to:

• Choose the box size you will use to send your item
• Pay the shipping fee for the label that will be used to ship the item to you

Then wait for the other user to pay for their shipping label.

Step 5: Notification

Once the other user completes their shipping payment, you will receive a notification.

Step 6: Print & Ship

• Print your prepaid shipping label
• Place the item securely in the box (reused boxes encouraged ♻️)
• Drop the package off at the post office

The other user will do the same.

Step 7: Communicate

Send a message to let the other user know your item has been shipped.

Step 8: Review & Karma

After delivery, both users can:

• Leave a review about the experience
• Give karma points

Karma System:

• Exchange: 1 point for each user
• Gift: Giver receives 3 points, Receiver receives 1 point

🎁 Shipping for Gifting

Step 1: Submit a Story

When you send a story request for a gifted item and the other user accepts it, they will:

• Choose the box size
• Trigger a notification for your shipping payment

Step 2: Pay Shipping

You will receive a notification to pay the shipping fee.

After you complete payment, the gifter will receive confirmation.

Step 3: Gifter Ships

The gifter will:

• Print the shipping label
• Pack the item
• Drop it off at the post office

You will receive tracking information.

Step 4: Confirm & Review

After delivery, both users can:

• Leave a review
• Send karma points

Karma System:

• Giver receives 3 points
• Receiver receives 1 point
